Adam Kyron is an alternative R&B artist currently based in Brighton. I had the pleasure of working closely in the studio with this creative all throughout 2020 & 2021.

As the recording and mixing engineer on 'Rockin till Morin' I worked predominantly with his vocals, as he came to me with a pre-recorded backing track. Adam describes himself as a dimensional architect, an innovator, and a creative. He also runs the company

DarkHorseVoisez.

'Movies' is a collaborative musical project involving me, Adam Kyron and many other creatives. I did some some recording and mixing work on this project but the biggest part I played in this project was recording and editing the music video.

I started working with Santú in November of 2021. I had worked as the recording/mixing engineer for the drummer on previous projects, which is how they knew to come to me. As of January 2022, we are in the midst of recording and mixing an experimental rock track, yet this collaborative effort should hopefully span across many more compositions. So far, I have recorded Drums, Guitar and Bass in the studio for this band, with a vocal recording on the RE20 coming soon. 

Adam Murphey is a talented musician, producer and composer based in the West Midlands. His sound is heavily inspired by Keane and Coldplay, yet his unmistakable raw vocals and natural talent for the piano set him apart, creating an emotive and unique sound. Dan Whitehouse, a songwriter, producer and presenter on Brum Radio was the catalyst for this collaboration. After hearing 'So Low' - he got in contact with me saying "Upon listening I had the idea that you would do a great remix of this track." So that's exactly what I'm doing.

I have had a lot of experience recording drums in a vast array of genres, in many recording setups - ranging from two X/Y stereo overheads to a 19 mic drum setup.

Genres I have recorded drums in include Reggae, Soul, R&B, Heavy Metal, Rap, Indie, Rock, Jazz, and Live bands. 

Izaak Hare is a Psychedelic folk artist based in Birmingham. Think Bob Dylan, The Doors, or the Beatles - Proper 60s/70s vibes. Whilst working on 'She Felt Loved (For the Very First Time) I got the opportunity to record folk vocals, acoustic guitar and organ. I recorded and mixed this song in its entirety, experimenting with creative mix techniques. And, to quote Izaak on my work on this track "It wouldn't be the song it is without her".

I worked as the recording and mixing engineer on a total of four songs with Manohar Joseph Chickoree. His sound emanates the music of the 50s and 60s, using his beautifully deep vocals and an acoustic guitar, which is sometimes accompanied by a piano.

To him, the music should be more about the feeling than the production.

Love songs such as 'Linh, I Love You So' and 'Annie, girl from Trinidad, Odes to old television shows such as the song 'Kojak's Lollipop' and the christian folk song ' Blood of the lamb' sit together and compliment each other perfectly on this stunner of an EP. 

Starting February 2022, I am going to be working as the recording and mixing engineer on Izaak Hares debut EP.

I have worked with Fill in the back a few times since we first met in 2020. During the creation of their debut single 'Don't Ignore Me', I worked as the sole recording engineer on the drums for this specific track. 

Other experience I have in sound includes working as a live sound engineer at Fletches Bar in Birmingham for the 'tun down yo tun up' event. I have had the opportunity to record lots of different instruments in a variety of genres through my degree at BIMM Institute. Including folk, reggae, rock, pop, soul, funk, and many more.

I would also like to mention in this section that I am an active musician, playing as a guitarist and lead vocalist in the experimental doom/punk band 'Veg.' and writing, recording and producing my own music.
